The solution is administered with the person’s head tilted backwards while lying on their back over the side of a bed or on the floor with a pillow under the neck tilting the head back. Insert one full dropper per nostril. As solution is being released into the nostril of the nose, the person receiving the solution places their index finger on the opposite nostril pushing it closed and then breaths deeply as the solution is released, thus penetrating deep into the sinus cavities. Repeat on opposite side of nostril and stay lying down for 2 to 3 minutes after the solution has been administered.
