There are two essential fatty acids which the body does not make and must be obtained from the diet. These are linoleic (LA) and linolenic (LNA) acids. CMO Herring Oil is particularly high in both omega 3 alpha-linolenic acid and omega 6 fatty acids in the right balance for us.

The essential fatty acids are very important to the body for cell and organ respiration and to add resiliency and lubrication to the tissues. Also increases the solubility of cholesterol deposited in the arterial walls and can support adrenal and thyroid gland activity. Help reduce blood cholesterol an important factor in reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease.
